  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, green chilies, ginger, and garlic until the onions are translucent.
  2. Add the pork cubes and cook until they are browned on all sides.
