Ingredients
- 500g smoked beef, cut into cubes
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes and green chilies, and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Stir in the turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Add the smoked beef cubes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the water, cover the pan, and simmer for 45 minutes or until the beef is tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
