Ingredients
- 500g smoked beef, thinly sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3-4 green chilies, chopped
- 1 inch ginger, julienned
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Naga King chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions, green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add the smoked beef slices and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle Naga King chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour in the soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the beef is cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
