Naga Style Smoked Beef Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 500g smoked beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 3-4 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 inch ginger, julienned
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Naga King chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions, green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add the smoked beef slices and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle Naga King chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the beef is cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
