Ingredients
- 500g fish fillets
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons red chili powder

- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Clean the fish fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, mustard oil, and salt to form a marinade.
- Coat the fish fillets with the marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and place the fish fillets on it.
- Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until the fish is cooked through and has a smoky flavor.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
