Ingredients
- 2 packages of yakisoba noodles
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup tenkasu (tempura scraps)
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup okonomiyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup aonori (dried seaweed flakes)
- 1/4 cup katsuobushi (bonito flakes)
Instructions
- Boil the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, green onions, tenkasu, and eggs together.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a portion of the cabbage mixture to form a pancake. Place a portion of the yakisoba noodles on top of the pancake and press down gently.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then carefully flip the pancake and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Combine the okonomiyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup in a small bowl. Spread the sauce mixture on top of the pancake.
- Drizzle mayonnaise over the pancake and sprinkle with aonori and katsuobushi.
- Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients to make additional pancakes.
