Ingredients

  • 200g soba noodles
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 carrot, shredded

  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
