Ingredients
- 200g soba noodles
- 1 cucumber, julienned

- 1/2 cup edamame, shelled
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced

- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water, then set aside.
