Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup sake
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 cups steamed rice
- 4 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
