Ingredients

  • 300g spaghetti
  • 200g pork belly, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cabbage, shredded
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup bonito flakes
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large iron plate or skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the pork belly and cook until browned.
  4. Add the onion, cabbage, and garlic. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the iron plate.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ketchup. Toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Sprinkle black pepper and bonito flakes over the spaghetti. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
