Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup shallots, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped

- 2 tbsp roasted rice powder
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt to taste
Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, combine the grilled beef, shallots, green onions, mint, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, mix the roasted rice powder, fish sauce, lime juice, chili flakes, and salt to create the dressing.
