Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup shallots, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp roasted rice powder
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
