Ingredients
- 500g beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil

- 2 bell peppers, sliced

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
