Ingredients
- 200g biltong, finely chopped
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 pre-made tart crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the biltong, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the tart crust and spread it evenly.
