Ingredients

  • 200g biltong, finely chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 pre-made tart crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the biltong, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the tart crust and spread it evenly.
