Ingredients

  • 500g ostrich meat, cut into cubes
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ostrich meat over medium heat.

  3. Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
