- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

- 4 large tomatoes, diced

- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, and cayenne pepper to make the marinade. Add the ostrich meat cubes and marinate for at least 1 hour.
