Ingredients
- 500g fresh crab meat
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3-4 green chilies, slit
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- Few curry leaves
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Clean and wash the crab meat thoroughly. Drain and set aside.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add green chilies and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for a few minutes.
- Now, add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the crab meat and mix gently to coat the spices. Cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Once the crab is cooked and the masala is well coated, garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
