Ingredients
- 250g fresh noodles
- 200g shrimp paste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chilies, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the fresh noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp paste and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Toss in the sliced red chilies, boiled noodles, sugar, and salt. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until everything is well combined.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot.
