Ingredients

  • 250g fresh noodles
  • 200g shrimp paste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 red chilies, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the fresh noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp paste and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
