Ingredients

  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as carrots, bell peppers, and peas)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
