Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in the same wok.
- Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
- Stir in the turmeric powder, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper.
- Add the cooked rice and stir-fry until well combined and heated through.
- Return the scrambled eggs to the wok and toss with the rice mixture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste, if necessary.
- Transfer the Nasi Goreng Kunyit Udang to serving plates and serve hot.
