Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  3. Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in the same wok.
  4. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  5. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. Stir in the turmeric powder, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper.
  7. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry until well combined and heated through.
  8. Return the scrambled eggs to the wok and toss with the rice mixture.
