Ingredients

  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  2. Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in the same wok. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the wok and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in the cooked rice, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and ground white pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Add the scrambled eggs back into the wok and stir to distribute them evenly throughout the rice.
  6. Finally, add the chopped green onions and give the fried rice a final toss.
