Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup of corn kernels
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 stalk of lemongrass, bruised
- 2 kaffir lime leaves

- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
Instructions
- In a pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
- Add the lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves, and sauté until fragrant.

- Pour in the coconut milk, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
- Add the cooked rice and mix until well combined.
- Cover the pot and let the Nasi Jagung Magic simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the liquid is absorbed and the rice is cooked, remove from heat.
- Discard the lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves before serving.
