Ingredients
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 pandan leaf, tied in a knot

Instructions
- Rinse the jasmine rice until the water runs clear, then drain.
- In a pot, combine the rice, water, coconut milk, ground turmeric, pandan leaf, and salt.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and remove the pandan leaf before serving.
