Ingredients
- 2 cups jasmine rice

- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- Sambal (chili paste), to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the jasmine rice until the water runs clear, then drain.
- In a pot, combine the rice, coconut milk, pandan leaves, and salt. Cook the rice according to your preferred method (stovetop or rice cooker).
- Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and remove the pandan leaves.
