Nasi Lemak With Sambal Prawns

Ingredients

  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 1 3/4 cups coconut milk

  • 4 kaffir lime leaves

  • 1 pound large prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 5 tablespoons sambal paste
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup crispy anchovies

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, halved

Instructions
