Ingredients

  • 4 Lemuni leaves

Instructions

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice until the water runs clear.
  2. In a pot, combine the rinsed rice, Lemuni leaves, lemongrass, water, and salt.
  3. Cover the pot and bring the rice to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and let the rice simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
  5. Fluff the rice with a fork and remove the Lemuni leaves and lemongrass before serving.
