Ingredients
- 2 cups of jasmine rice
- 4 Lemuni leaves
- 1 stalk lemongrass, bruised
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Rinse the jasmine rice until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine the rinsed rice, Lemuni leaves, lemongrass, water, and salt.
- Cover the pot and bring the rice to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the rice simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and remove the Lemuni leaves and lemongrass before serving.
