Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice until the water runs clear, then drain.
  2. In a pot, combine the rinsed rice, coconut milk, pandan leaf, and salt.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
  4. Remove the pandan leaf and fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
