Ingredients
- 1 pound seal meat, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl to make the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced seal meat to the marinade, ensuring it is fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the dehydrator to 160°F (70°C).
- Remove the marinated seal meat from the refrigerator and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess marinade.
