Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, turmeric, coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper, peanut butter, and lime juice. Mix well to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken strips to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
