Ingredients
- 500g mixed seafood (such as fish, prawns, and squid)
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups fish or vegetable broth
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the tomatoes and bell pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the broth and coconut milk, then add the turmeric, salt, and pepper.
