Ingredients

  • 500g mixed seafood (such as fish, prawns, and squid)
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
