Nawabi Seekh Kebab

Ingredients
- 500g minced meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground mace
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
- 2 tbsp ghee or oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the minced meat, onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, fresh coriander, fresh mint, garam masala, red chili powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, black pepper, nutmeg, mace, cardamom, salt, and gram flour.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them onto skewers to form kebabs.
- Heat ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve the Nawabi Seekh Kebabs hot with mint chutney and sliced onions.
