Ingredients
- 2 cups cassava, peeled and diced
- 1 cup bambara nuts

- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

- Add the diced cassava and bambara nuts to the pan, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the sliced okra, diced tomatoes, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Cover the pan and let the ndiwo simmer for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
