Ingredients

Instructions
- Clean and cut the fish fillets into pieces. Marinate with salt and keep aside.
- In a bowl, mix rice flour, grated coconut, cumin seeds, grated ginger, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, and salt. Add water gradually to make a thin batter.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying.
