Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup cleaned and deveined prawns
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the rice flour, grated coconut, and salt. Add water to make a thin batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter, spreading it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa. Cook until the edges start to lift. Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter to make neer dosas.
- In a separate bowl, marinate the cleaned prawns with turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated prawns until they turn crispy and golden brown.
- Serve the crispy fried prawns with the neer dosas.
