Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup freshly grated coconut
- 1/2 cup jaggery, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the rice flour and salt. Gradually add water to make a thin batter. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix the grated coconut and jaggery to make the sweet filling.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and swirl it around to form a thin, lace-like crepe. Cook for a minute until the edges start to lift.
- Sprinkle some sweet coconut filling on one half of the dosa and fold it over to make a half-moon shape. Cook for another minute, then remove from the pan.
- Repeat with the remaining batter and filling.
- Serve the neer dosas with sweet coconut filling warm and enjoy!
