Nettle Pie (savory Shendetlie)

Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh nettle leaves, blanched and chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the blanched and chopped nettle leaves, chopped onion, minced garlic, crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Line a pie dish with the pre-made pie crust.
- Pour the nettle mixture into the pie crust and spread it evenly.
- Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the nettle pie from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
