Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh nettle leaves, blanched and chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the blanched and chopped nettle leaves, chopped onion, minced garlic, crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Line a pie dish with the pre-made pie crust.
  4. Pour the nettle mixture into the pie crust and spread it evenly.
  5. Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Remove the nettle pie from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
