Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup diced tomatoes

- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.

- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon a quarter of the mixture onto one half of the tortilla.
