Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 1/4 cups sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the sour cream. Pour the filling over the crust.
- Bake for 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Turn off the oven, and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
