Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, and vanilla extract. Continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
  3. Pile the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a circle. Create a slight indentation in the center.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn off the oven and let the meringue cool completely inside the oven.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled meringue.
  6. Arrange the sliced kiwi fruits on top of the whipped cream.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
