Ingredients

  • Buff meat (Sukuti)
  • Potato and bamboo shoot pickle (Aloo Tama Bodi)
  • Black lentil and soybean soup (Kwati)
  • Fried fish (Machha)
  • Spiced soybeans (Bhatmas Sadeko)
  • Green salad with mustard dressing (Hariyo Saag)
  • Yogurt (Dahi)

Instructions

  1. Soak the beaten rice in water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Grill the buff meat until cooked, then slice into thin pieces.
  3. Prepare the potato and bamboo shoot pickle by mixing boiled potatoes, bamboo shoots, and spices.
  4. Cook the black lentil and soybean soup with aromatic spices until thick and flavorful.
  5. Fry the fish until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Toss the spiced soybeans with chili, onions, and lemon juice.
  7. Prepare the green salad and dress it with mustard dressing.
  8. Serve the beaten rice, buff meat, pickle, soup, fried fish, spiced soybeans, green salad, and yogurt in a platter.
