Instructions
- Soak the beaten rice in water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Grill the buff meat until cooked, then slice into thin pieces.
- Prepare the potato and bamboo shoot pickle by mixing boiled potatoes, bamboo shoots, and spices.
- Cook the black lentil and soybean soup with aromatic spices until thick and flavorful.
- Fry the fish until crispy and golden brown.
- Toss the spiced soybeans with chili, onions, and lemon juice.
- Prepare the green salad and dress it with mustard dressing.
- Serve the beaten rice, buff meat, pickle, soup, fried fish, spiced soybeans, green salad, and yogurt in a platter.
