Ingredients
- 500g ngari (smoked fish)
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3-4 green chilies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Mustard oil for frying
Instructions
- Remove the bones from the smoked fish and break it into small pieces.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add the green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the smoked fish pieces and fry until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Ngari Chura is ready to be served hot with steamed rice.
