Ingredients
- 2 cups grated butternut squash
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup cornmeal

- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the grated butternut squash, chopped onion, cornmeal, flour, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well to combine.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
