Nigerian Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
