Nigerian Kilishi Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound Kilishi (thinly sliced air-dried beef)
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
