Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, parsley, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Split the sub rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Fill each roll with the cooked meatballs, top with marinara sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
