Nigerian Poutine

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 1 cup cheese curds
  • 2 cups beef or chicken gravy
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
