Nigerian Suya Stir-fry
Nigerian Suya Stir-Fry is a delicious and spicy dish that combines the flavors of traditional Nigerian suya with a stir-fry cooking method. It's a perfect blend of savory, spicy, and aromatic flavors that will leave your taste buds wanting more.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp suya spice mix
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Push the beef to the side of the skillet and add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
- Add the onions, bell peppers, ginger, and garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Sprinkle the suya spice mix over the stir-fry and drizzle with soy sauce. Toss everything together to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve the Nigerian Suya Stir-Fry hot.
