Nigerian Suya Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp suya spice mix
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Push the beef to the side of the skillet and add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
  4. Add the onions, bell peppers, ginger, and garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Sprinkle the suya spice mix over the stir-fry and drizzle with soy sauce. Toss everything together to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and serve the Nigerian Suya Stir-Fry hot.
