Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the lemon marinade over them. Let the fish marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and the edges are golden brown.
