Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest

- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the lemon marinade over them. Let the fish marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and the edges are golden brown.
- Transfer the cooked fish to a serving platter and garnish with chopped green onions.
