Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the tilapia fillets with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of vegetable oil.
