Nkwobi Burger Sensation

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup palm oil
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup utazi leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup stockfish, cooked and flaked
- 1/4 cup cow skin (ponmo), cooked and diced
- 1/4 cup ground crayfish
- 1/4 cup ground ehu seeds (calabash nutmeg)
- 1/4 cup scotch bonnet peppers, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, palm oil, onions, utazi leaves, stockfish, cow skin, crayfish, ehu seeds, scotch bonnet peppers, and salt. Mix well to combine.
- Form the beef mixture into 4 burger patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the burger patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Toast the burger buns in the skillet until golden brown.
- Assemble the Nkwobi burgers by placing the cooked patties on the toasted buns.
- Serve hot and enjoy the unique flavors of this fusion dish!
