Ingredients

  • 200g glutinous rice flour
  • 150g palm sugar
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 1 pandan leaf
  • 100g grated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the glutinous rice flour, palm sugar, coconut milk, and pandan leaf. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased pan and steam for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, mix the grated coconut with salt and steam for 5 minutes.
  4. Once the rice cake is cooked, sprinkle the steamed grated coconut on top.
  5. Let it cool before cutting into pieces and serving.
