Ingredients
- 500g fresh prawns, peeled and deveined

- 400g fresh yellow noodles

- 2 tablespoons chili paste
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add the shallots and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chili paste and sliced pork belly to the pot. Cook until the pork is browned.
- Pour in the chicken stock and coconut milk. Bring the broth to a simmer.
- Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Season with salt to taste.
- Add the prawns to the broth and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
- Cook the yellow noodles according to the package instructions, then divide them into serving bowls.
- Ladle the prawn and pork broth over the noodles. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
