Ingredients

  • 500g yellow noodles
  • 200g firm tofu, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed

  • 1 cup chopped spring onions

Instructions

  1. Boil the yellow noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, combine the mashed potatoes with 4 cups of water to make the gravy. Add in the spice paste and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the tofu slices into the gravy and cook for another 5 minutes.
